Police are searching for three suspects after a man was kidnapped as part of a robbery in the downtown core.
Investigators say the owner of a gold bullion store was kidnapped by three men from another location and taken to a store located on Dundas Street East and Bond Street.
Police say the thieves ransacked the store before fleeing the scene in a vehicle with a large quantity of gold.
The store owner was left behind and sustained minor injuries.
There are no suspect descriptions at this time and police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
