Ottawa police searching for girl last seen Sunday on Strandherd Drive

The Ottawa police are asking for help as they search for a 13-year-old girl who went missing Sunday afternoon.

Emily Desvereaux was last seen in the 3600 block of Strandherd Drive at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday, the Ottawa Police Service stated in a news release Monday.

She was described as white, 5-3 tall, with bleached-blond, shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. Her ears and nose are pierced, police said.

Anyone with information about Desvereaux’s whereabouts was asked to call the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, extension 7300. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or at crimestoppers.ca.

 The Ottawa police are seeking the public’s help in locating 13-year-old Emily Desvereaux.
