The Ottawa police
are seeking public assistance to locate Eugene Ugwu, who was last seen leaving his residence in the 200 block of Stone Quarry Private at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
There are concerns for his health and well-being.
Ugwu is described as Black, about six feet tall, bald and with brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing black shorts, a light green polo shirt, a grey sweater and black opened-toed slippers.
Anyone with information was asked to call the East District staff sergeant at 613-236-1222, extension 3212.
