Ottawa police are seeking public assistance to identify a suspect in the theft of three eScooter-type vehicles Sept. 3 in the Ottawa’s west end
Police described the suspect as Caucasian with short hair.
“At the time of the incident, he was wearing black sunglasses, black shorts, a black hoodie with a comic book character on the front, a black backpack, black shoes, white ankle socks, and a white shirt under the black hoodie.
