Police ask for help as they try to find missing 14-year-old

The Ottawa police have asked for help from the public as they look for a teenager who went missing on Nov. 4.

Aka William Tano, 14, was last seen in the 6400 block of Renaud Road, police said in a news release Friday.

Police said he is known to frequent the Gloucester and St. Laurent Shopping Centres, and uses the OC Transpo as his main source of transportation.

Tano was described as Black, 5-7, with a medium build and short, dreadlocked black hair, and dark eyes.

Anyone with information that could help the police was asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, extension 7300.
