A 33-year-old Perth man remained in life-threatening condition after a truck left the road early Saturday west of Smiths Falls.
Ontario Provincial Police said the westbound truck left Highway 43 west of
Glenview Road.
The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, was transported by Lanark County Paramedics to a regional trauma centre.
The investigation by the Lanark detachment of the OPP was continuing with assistance from an OPP collision reconstructionist and technical collision investigator.
Following the crash, Highway 43 remained closed to traffic until approximately 2 p.m.
