Provincial police say an investigation is continuing into a three-vehicle crash south of Smiths Falls last week that claimed the life of a 61-year-old woman.
The Leeds County OPP said the woman was one of three drivers involved in the collision on County Road 29 at Kitley South Elmsley Townline Road.
The woman, who has not been publicly identified, was a resident of the area. The other drivers suffered minor or no injuries, police said.
