Shortly before 9 a.m., the driver blasted past a “fully marked OPP cruiser” at 173 km/h on Highway 417 at Carling Avenue.
The driver now faces a stunt-driving charge and was hit with a 30-day driving suspension.
They now face a minimum $2,000 fine, six demerit points and a one-year driving prohibition upon conviction.
