According to Environment Canada, the temperature in Ottawa will drop all the way to -23 C on Sunday night, with the forecast calling for snow Monday and a high of -13 C. Snow accumulation is expected to be only two to four centimetres, but there will be winds of up to 15 km/h, and the wind chill will make it feel like -28 in the morning and -19 in the afternoon, so dress accordingly.
