B.C. lawsuit alleges three former Denny's employees stole thousands in tips

KAMLOOPS – The operator of a Denny’s Restaurant in Kamloops, B.C., is suing three former employees for allegedly misappropriating thousands of dollars in tips. 

Northland Properties Corp. filed a lawsuit in B.C. Supreme Court last month, weeks after allegedly discovering “multiple authorized digital transfers” from the restaurant’s tipping system.
