A pedestrian has died after being struck by a truck in Etobicoke on Thursday morning, Toronto police say.
Emergency responders were called to the area of Islington Avenue and Dixon Road just after 9 a.m.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the driver remained on scene.
Islington and Dixon is closed amid the collision investigation.
