After the fire shuttered the retail location, Haywood, who owned the Halifax store, acquired the Ottawa website and warehouse, bringing both branches under shared ownership for the first time. The Catherine Street warehouse became a temporary storefront, opening several days a week for pickups and consultations for customers who relied on in-person conversation and guidance.
