“What’s clear to me is that everyone on council, everyone at OC Transpo, understands how challenging the past few years have been for riders, how urgently people are looking to us for steadier, more reliable service,” Devine said. “Our transit riders are not looking for perfection. They’re asking for a system that they can count on, and it’s our responsibility as the policy-making body to give OC Transpo the direction they need to meet that expectation.”
