It’s calm enough at this moment that Porter Airlines has not one, but two flights scheduled for Tuesday morning out of the Ottawa airport. One to Puerto Vallarta, another to Cancun, which, unlike Puerto Vallarta, has not been hit with any tit-for-tat violence between the avenging cartel and the military.
