Ottawa police detectives are seeking possible witnesses to a parking lot collision that claimed the life of an 83-year-old woman in South Keys.
In a social media post, police said the victim was on foot at about 3 p.m. Monday when she was struck by a vehicle in a lot in the 2200 block of Bank Street near Daze Street and the Walmart Supercentre.
The victim was transported to hospital where she died of her injuries.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
Investigators would like to speak with any possible witnesses to the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and has not yet spoken to police.
