In a release on Tuesday, the Gatineau Police Service said Timothy Michael Langlois, 35, and Mohamed Said Mohamed, 34, were arrested March 11 by the tactical unit of the Ottawa Police Service and charged in connection with the assault on Vimy Street on Oct. 2.
