Pramod Persad pleaded guilty to flight from a peace officer and dangerous operation of a vehicle. He was given an 18-month suspended sentence, fined $200, and banned from driving for two years. The remaining charges were withdrawn.

The OPP aircraft tracked them from above, recording speeds up to 230 km/h.
The plane followed them off the highway and through Barrhaven, where they could be seen weaving through traffic and running red lights.
One motorcyle was tracked to a Barrhaven residence where Anthony Njam, 20, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act with a number of offences, including dangerous driving, stunt driving and speeding.
Finally, two other speeders were tracked down by the OPP overnight.
