A 34-year-old Ottawa man has been identified as the victim of a homicide in
Perth
earlier in April.
In an updated release on April 21, the
Ontario Provincial Police
said officers had found Christo Allison Richards with life-threatening injuries in Perth’s Last Duel Park on the afternoon nine days earlier. He was transported to a regional trauma centre that day, but was later pronounced dead.
The OPP believed the incident on April 12 was “targeted with no signs of a broader threat,” the release said, adding that the investigation remained ongoing.
