The proposals will affect Churchill, Hilson, Broadview, Fisher Park/Summit Alternative, Elmdale and Woodroffe Avenue. The goal of the proposals is to “ensure long-term stability for the entire west-central area,” said the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board.
