MONTREAL – AtkinsRéalis Group Inc. has signed a deal to buy Australian company Coras Solutions Pty Ltd., a firm specialized in defence and national security advisory services.
Financial terms of the deal for the 70-person consultancy were not immediately available.
Coras was founded in 2025 by military professionals with defence, national security and adjacent government backgrounds.
AtkinsRéalis says the deal builds on its strategy to expand its footprint in Australia and support growth in key end markets, particularly defence.
AtkinsRéalis chief executive Ian Edwards says Coras brings long-standing relationships in the defence sector, built on trust, judgment and delivery discipline in a highly specialized environment.
The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
