“People appreciate being able to go out for dinner in the Market, coming to see a show that’s going to start between 8 and 8:30 p.m., and they know they’re going home before midnight,” Sivyer said. As a teacher with a young family, it made her life easier, too, not to have to stay out most of the night to close the cash.
