In Ottawa, the city says “staff meet regularly with internal and external partners to share information on city-led capital work, co-ordinate activities and help reduce impact on residents, businesses and road users,” Justin Kurosky, the city’s manager of design and construction facilities, wrote in a statement to the Ottawa Citizen.
