The Star invites you to join us for the next edition of Wine Club, an intimate dinner to showcase the vibrancy of Hong Kong called Nature & Neon.
The evening begins at the Distillery district’s Illuminarium with a cocktail reception, followed by a four-course meal by award-winning chef Nick Liu (DaiLo), who will draw on his own family’s connection to China for the menu. Fine wines will be selected for the meal by the Star’s wine columnist, Carolyn Evans Hammond.
