Unifor, General Motors reach tentative agreements covering 4,600 Ontario autoworkers

Unifor says it has reached a tentative deal with General Motors a little more than 10 days after labour talks with the auto manufacturer began.

The agreements cover over 4,600 workers employed at various Ontario GM facilities, including the Oshawa assembly plant, the CAMI facility in Ingersoll, as well as operations in St. Catharines and Woodstock, the union said in a statement.
