A massive new development is coming to Prince Edward County that could change it forever

A two-and-a-half-hour drive from Toronto, perched atop a cliff surrounded by farmland and wineries, a 750-acre site in Prince Edward County is poised for an influx of new housing.

What was once a British Royal Air Force training base dating back to 1940 still holds dozens of historic buildings, including former barracks, hangars and mess halls with green facades and red roofs, separated by gravel roads.
