Cyclist rushed to hospital after getting hit by a car

A cyclist was rushed to a hospital Sunday morning after getting hit by a car near Christie Pits Park.

Emergency crews were called to the Bloor and Christie Streets area just after 8:15 a.m.

Paramedics say a man in his 20s was transported to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver remained at the scene.
