Motorcyclist, 22, killed in Scarborough crash

A 22-year-old man was killed Tuesday afternoon during a motorcycle crash in Scarborough.

According to Toronto police, the motorcyclist was travelling westbound on Betrand Avenue at approximately 2 p.m. when a 44-year-old woman in an SUV made a left turn and collided into him near Crockford Avenue.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and an investigation is ongoing.
