Health Canada issued a product recall notice for over 3,000 DUNLOP RigPro full safety boots over an electric shock risk.
The recalled boots are mislabelled as being static-dissipative but don’t meet those safety certification requirements.
“The lack of proper electrical shock resistance may not protect users from electrical hazards, posing a risk of an electric shock injury,” the recall notice published on Sept. 3 warns.
