A 29-year-old Innisfil woman is dead following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 7 on Monday in the Township of Central Frontenac.
Just after 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 28, emergency crews were called to the scene near Arden Road, the OPP said in a news release.
The Innisfil woman, who was driving one of the vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver and passenger of the other vehicle were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The location of the collision is about 140 km southwest of Ottawa.
The Frontenac OPP detachment is investigating with support from the OPP East Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team, and anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash camera footage, and has not yet spoken with police, was asked to contact the Frontenac OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
