Four candidates are stepping up to the plate to become the next councillor, as voters will choose between former Ottawa Citizen and CBC journalist Joanne Chianello, tech entrepreneur and ethics instructor Subhir Uppal, former community association president Brian Innes and tech startup manager Xavier Commerford.
