An unidentified man was transported to hospital in serious, but stable condition after a stabbing at an Ottawa LRT station on Saturday afternoon.
An Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesperson said the man’s injuries, described as being to his head and abdomen, were considered non-life-threatening.
The incident occurred at Parliament Station in downtown Ottawa.
OC Transpo restricted O-Train Line 1 service at Parliament and Rideau stations to the eastbound platforms only while the Ottawa Police Service investigated the incident.
Full service was restored past 8 p.m. on Saturday, according to an online post by OC Transpo.
