Man in his 40s allegedly stabbed in Scarborough, police say

Toronto police are investigating an alleged stabbing that took place in Scarborough on Sunday afternoon.

Officers were called to the area of Purcell Square and Kennedy Road just before 4:00 p.m.

A man in his 40s was located at the scene with stab wounds and transported to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

No other details have been released.
