Toronto police are responding to a major collision after a driver in a pickup truck allegedly struck a pedestrian, a cyclist and at least two other vehicles.
Officers say the crash happened just after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday near College Street and St. George Street, which is west of Queen’s Park and just south of the University of Toronto campus.
According to police, two people were taken to a hospital with serious injuries and an investigation is ongoing.
Road closures are in effect on College Street between Beverley Street and McCaul Street.
No other details were released.
