Police seek several suspects in 2 Scarborough break-ins

Toronto police have released images of several suspects they’re trying to identify in connection to two separate break-and-enters in Scarborough.

The first incident took place on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at a home in the Huntingwood Drive and Pharmacy Avenue area.

Investigators say four suspects drove up to the residence at around 6:20 p.m. in a white SUV.

Three of them got out of the vehicle and attempted to break the home’s read glass sliding door, but ran off when the homeowner activated an alarm.

Police believe the same suspects struck again on Friday, January 10, 2025, this time at a home in the Huntingwood Drive and Warden Avenue area.

Four suspects drove up to the home in a black SUV at around 6:25 p.m.

Three of them broke into the house by breaking a rear glass door. Police say they stole items and fled in the SUV.

  • Suspect #1 was wearing a green jacket, dark-coloured pants, dark-coloured hat, and a dark face covering.
  • Suspect #2 was wearing a grey sweater, and a dark face covering.
  • Suspect #3 was wearing blue jeans, a dark-coloured puffy style jacket, dark-coloured baseball hat with a red triangle shape logo, and a dark face covering.

No description for the fourth suspect is available.
