A male pedestrian has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle at Bay Street and Lake Shore Boulevard.
Toronto police were called to the intersection just before 9:30 p.m.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver involved remained on the scene.
