Air Canada launches U.S. flights from Toronto’s island airport as part of major expansion

Beginning in spring 2026, Air Canada will fly to four U.S. destinations from Toronto’s downtown Billy Bishop Airport.

The airline will service flights from the island airport to New York, Chicago, Boston and Washington, while increasing offerings for its two existing Canadian destinations, Montreal and Ottawa.
