Boy, 11, rescued after falling down into ravine at Bronte Creek

An 11- has been rescued after they fell down into the ravine at Bronte Creek in Oakville.

Burlington OPP responded to reports that someone had fallen down the ravine at Bronte Creek Provincial Park just before 2 p.m.

The boy slid down an embankment beside Bronte Creek.

Oakville Fire was able to locate the youth and extricated him from the ravine.

He was treated for minor injuries and was taken home by his relieved parents.
