Canada advances to women’s hockey gold medal final, will face the U.S.

The Canadian women’s hockey team has advanced to the gold medal game after beating Switzerland 2-1 in a tight semifinal.

Captain Marie-Philip Poulin scored both goals and became the all-time leading goal scorer in Olympic women’s hockey.

Canada will face the U.S. after they routed Sweden 5-0 in the first semifinal.
