CAPE cancels meetings with Treasury Board Secretariat over expanded return to office

Since three-day return-to-office orders took effect in the fall of 2024, public-service unions have argued that remote work rights make public servants more productive, improve work-life balance and help save taxpayers money by reducing the federal government’s office footprint.
