City staff said the sidewalks should be installed as part of ongoing construction for road, water and sewer main upgrades, which carries a $13.9 million budget, with $180,000 of that earmarked for sidewalk installation along one side of Arundel Avenue, Jeffrey Avenue, Kilbarry Crescent and Braemar Street.
