A driver was lucky to escape a totalled vehicle with minor injuries after a three-vehicle crash on Highway 400 near Highway 7 in Vaughan on Monday.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says the crash occurred in the southbound lanes when a car was rear-ended by a tow truck. The car then collided with a pick-up truck that was hauling salt.
No serious injuries sustained to the driver of this car. Traffic was slowing and this car was rear ended by a larger commercial vehicle. Expect SB lanes of #Hwy400/Hwy7 to reopen shortly ^ks pic.twitter.com/fsnLmLsCjZ
