Markham Fire crews are battling a large blaze at a new construction site in the city.
Emergency Crews were called to the area of Old Kennedy Road and Aldergrove Drive around 11 p.m. Monday night.
Several fire trucks are on the scene and the fire is still active.
No injuries have been reported.
York police say Old Kennedy Road is closed between Steeles Avenue and Denison Street.
