“As the decision to maintain service along Grove was made prior to the reconstruction project, Grove has been constructed in such a way that it accommodates the operation of buses, including designated bus stop locations along the corridor,” Katrina Camposarcone-Stubbs, Public Information Officer of Transit Services, wrote in a statement.
