Toronto police have arrested a man after an alleged sexual assault at a North York medical clinic last November.
Officers say the victim went to the clinic in the Finch Avenue West and Oakdale Road area on Nov. 18, 2024.
During her examination, the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted.
On Jan. 23, Akthar Naeem, 69, of Ajax was arrested and charged with sexual assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court on March 20.
Investigators believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
