Man stabbed near Corktown Common, suspect arrested

A man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed near Corktown Common Park on Thursday morning.

Toronto police were called to Front Street and Tannery Road just after 3:30 a.m. for reports of a stabbing.

Officers found a male in his 30s suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to a trauma centre with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

One male in his 20s has been taken into custody.
