Toronto police are on the hunt for a man who is accused of assaulting someone with a weapon on board a TTC bus last month.
Officers say the assault happened on Wednesday, November 20 at approximately 7:00 p.m. near Victoria Park Station.
According to police, the man approached the victim on board the bus, pulled out a knife and attempted to rob them.
The victim was able to exit the bus without having anything taken from them. Meanwhile, the suspect fled in an unknown direction.
He is described as a man in his 30s who is approximately five-foot-11 and 165 pounds with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black toque, brown jacket, grey sweater, a black shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack.
Investigators encourage anyone with information to come forward.
