Ottawa police are investigating a shooting incident that left one man wounded in the
ByWard Market
area late Thursday.
Police were called at about 11:20 p.m. for a report of shots fired near George Street.
At the scene, officers located the injured man.
Police said the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
