The Ottawa Police Service has issued a missing person notice for 81-year-old Winston Reid, saying Wednesday that he last been seen a day earlier in the 600 block of Eagleson Road in Kanata.
Reod was described as a Black man standing six feet one inch tall with a a large build, short salt-and-pepper hair and a salt-and-pepper beard.
There were concerns for his well-being, a police media release said.
Anyone with information about Reid’s whereabouts was asked to contact Ottawa police at 613-236-1222 ext. 7300. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477.
