An adult male motorcyclist was rushed to hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries after a crash in Ottawa’s east end on Tuesday afternoon.
An Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesperson said emergency responders were called to the scene on Highway 174 near Blair Road at about 2:30 p.m.
No other injuries were reported, the spokesperson said.
The Ottawa Police Service posted online that the westbound lanes of Highway 174 would be closed between Blair and Highway 417 for the investigation of the crash.
