There is no subway service between Victoria Park and Kennedy due to emergency rail repairs on Line 2 between the two TTC stations.

On Friday morning, the transit service originally said there were delays caused by a signal problem but have since updated it to rail repairs.

Shuttle buses are running and the TTC asks riders to also utilize GO Transit between Kennedy, Scarborough, Danforth and Union GO stations as an alternative.

It’s unknown when service will resume.

It’s one of several issues that has plagued the TTC this week. Signal issues along Line 1 led to long delays for subway riders on the transit system during the morning commutes.

On Monday, TTC riders had to endure delays in their commute with numerous service disruptions and delays on Line 1 due to Automatic Transit Conrol (ATC) signal issues

And then on Wednesday, subway service was suspended on all of Line 1 between Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and Finch stations while TTC crews fixed a signal issue.

Around half an hour later, the TTC said service had resumed, but delays persisted and shuttle buses continued to run. Regular service resumed later that morning.
